Block 5 provides our Estate Cabernet Sauvignon fruit. Set high up the back of our vineyard it benefits from north facing sun combined with cooling easterly breezes, allowing for long ripening giving bright blackcurrant fruit, savoury earth and fine tannins that marry so perfectly with the cedary oak.

Oak – 12-18 months in 30-35% new and seasoned French oak
